DICHROIC is taken from the Greek language: Di meaning TWO and Chroic meaning COLOR. Dichroic literally translates into "Two-Color".
DICHROIC GLASS is a product of science in which multiple layers of metallic particles are bonded with glass in such a way that when light hits the glass at different angles it reflects
different colors.
DICHROIC GLASS FUSION is the process used to bring you these one-of-a-kind works of art. Each piece of glass is like a fingerprint; no two are exactly alike. They take several days to make,
in a process which simply put is heating, cooling, shaping, heating, cooling and finishing. This of course if an oversimplification and some pieces may take more than a week to finish, depending on
how elaborate the design and how easily it "conforms" to the artist's wishes.
