Drawing Rules

1. Drawing entries will be collected during each month Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.

2. It is the responsibility of the participant to enter their correct e-mail address in the drawing. Participation is voluntary. No purchase required.

3. Upon entering the drawing, you agree to allow us to use any information collected persuant to our privacy policy.

4. Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified.

5. Drawing and prizes: On or around the first week of each month, one e-mail address will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winner will receive a free gift valued at over $20.00. Winners will be notified e-mail.

6. General conditions: Prize winner(s) must claim their prizes within 1 week (7 days) after receipt of prize notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim a prize the selected winner will forfeit her or his prize and an alternate winner will be selected. This contest is valid in all states except where prohibited by law.

7. Blue Fusion Art or any of it's employees, owners or agents, will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, or missing emails, or any other way regarding notification of winners or claiming of prizes.

8. Blue Fusion Art will ship prize via US Postal Service and will not insure, nor be responsible for it's delivery.
